Practice Over Theory
Project management is a contact sport. We teach by having you build real charters, Gantt schedules, risk matrices, and status reports.
Delivery First Project Management Institute was established to bridge the gap between passing exams and knowing what to actually do when you are handed a real-world project.
DFPMI began in 2026 after our founder was approached by several ambitious beginners and career switchers. All of them shared the exact same frustration: they had watched countless online tutorials and memorised terms, but they still felt unequipped to step into an organisation and coordinate a project from start to finish.
They were looking for sturdy, practical, and accountable training—not just generic slides or paper certifications. They wanted hands-on guidance, realistic simulations, and mentors who would review their actual work.
That direct need gave birth to DFPMI. Today, we exist to equip beginners and growing professionals with real delivery competence, while providing organisations with dependable project management services.

Whether training an aspiring coordinator or executing for a client organisation, our core metric is whether the project actually moves forward.
